Arapahoe Landscapes, a subsidiary of Arapahoe Acres Nursery, has been providing landscape services to the South Denver Metro area for the last 10 years. In 2010, the Nursery was forced to go out of business due to a devastating hail storm which destroyed the growing facilities.

Wayne Anderson, one of the owners of the nursery business, made a decision to continue the landscape division of the Nursery business. His decision is based on the premise of continuing the tradition of outstanding service and a quality product that has been established with their nursery customers over the last 40 years.

All of us at Arapahoe Landscapes look forward to carrying on the tradition of offering quality landscapes at an affordable price.

Dave

Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Arapahoe Landscapes with his extensive background in Management from his time with UPS and working in the Restaurant Industry.  Having seen all sides of the spectrum and establishing industry relationships through his time with Arapahoe Acres Nursery, Boxelder Creek Nurseries, and Green Acres Nursery since 2006, Dave will be able to secure the highest quality materials for our clients.  As General Manager, Dave will also be responsible for the logistics of day-to-day business practices and long term strategic planning.

Dave is originally from Nebraska, and has lived in Colorado since 1987.  He studied Accounting at County College of Morris in New Jersey and then transferred to Colorado State University.  He lives in Parker with his wife and 3 children.  When not working, Dave spends his time coaching his daughter's soccer team, watching his stepdaughter's new ballet moves and playing football with his 2 year old son.

Tim

Tim has been thriving in the green industry for more than ten years in the Denver Area.  In 2005 Tim joined Arapahoe Landscapes under Wayne Anderson, as the lead landscape supervisor at Arapahoe Acres Nursery, where he designed, maintained and implemented both large and midsize projects throughout the Denver metro area.  This included gardens, outdoor living spaces, lighting, and irrigation.  He was responsible for on-site consultation and helping customers in every stage of creating their perfect outdoor space.

Prior to Arapahoe Landscapes, Tim held the positions of Sales Representative and Yard Manager at Green Acres Nursery in Golden, Colorado.  It was here that he really got his start in the green industry and gained in depth knowledge of horticulture and the industry in general.

Tim attended South Dakota State University where he graduated with Bachelor's degrees in both Business Economics and Spanish.  When he's not working Tim is usually spending time with his wife Kristina and their son Nicholas.
